The goal for this build was to make an apocalypse weapon from repurposed materials! Forged from a salvaged leaf spring with wrought iron from an old bridge support for the cross guard and pommel. Scraps of leather, paper micarta and figured hard maple comprise the handle. 17.88” blade has a forged in fuller and the piece sits at 24.5” overall. This well balanced and wicked weapon only weighs 1 pound 11oz. Comes with a leather scabbard.
